Trailing Twelve Months

The past 12 consecutive months of a company’s financial and perormance data. This can be calculated as a total sum or as an average of 12 months of data, and does not neccesarily have to coincide with the company’s fiscal year. Barney is able to take a business to market based upon Trailing Twelve Month financials to ensure you’re receiving credit for continuous growth of the company. Buyers will also look to see updated financials of the business throughout the entirety of the transaction process.
