Working hard means you deserve some time to restore your energy. We have unlimited PTO because we all want time to go away for a little while- and you are eligible for this benefit from your first day of employment!

We Keep You Healthy

Barney covers 100% of your monthly health insurance fees, and you have the option of enrolling in our health insurance from the first day you’re hired.

Love working in pajamas? We do too. When you don’t need to be in the office for meetings, work from your home office (or wherever you like).

Barney started with a husband/wife team, so we’ve been all about family from the very beginning. We have generous Family Leave policies in place for if or when you decide to expand yours!

Save For Retirement

While retirement appears to be pretty far away, it’s never too early to plan ahead. You are able to contribute as much or as little to a 401(k) account, and after one year of employment, Barney will contribute up to 6% of your salary as well.

Trippin' As A Team

At the end of each year, we set a team revenue goal for the following year. When we collectively hit that goal, we take a killer trip as a team. Every member of the team attends and gets to bring a guest of their choice.

Team Events

Once per quarter, we meet as a team or department to do team building activities, or just to celebrate and enjoy each other’s company.

Giving Back

At our quarterly meetings, we always do something to give back to the communities in which we live and work. Our favorite organizations are She’s The First and Girls Inc.

Fostering Growth

Every year, each employee goes through a professional development program designed to help them improve in their personal or professional life. We love the Harvard Extension School – but there are tons of great options.

Home or Studio?

Work from where you work best! Our OC and NYC space is part social fun, part office. Most roles don’t need to be in daily, but when you have a meeting to attend or just want to see friendly faces in person, you can book time to work in either location.
